I know this doesn't sound like fun but running again has really made me feel better the last couple of weeks. I think it's good alone time for me and I feel accomplished after.
I would second the idea of some sort of exercise. I take Rowan for a jog/walk every morning and it's really helped me have happier days. Some mornings it only lasts for 10 minutes others for 30, but it does make you feel accomplished and have more energy for the rest of the day!
time for yourself is definitely phenomenal. exercise.. i hate it until i actually am done with it and then it's fantastic.. but i'd go with the vacation idea.
i think everyone needs more vacations. even if it's a mini-one.
We are the Gillespies! Chris and Amber met in 2000. Got married in 2005. Had Conner in 2009. Had Braxton in 2012. Bought a house and 2 dogs along the way! And are living happily ever after!

I think the overall consensus is take some time for yourself, whether that means exercising or reading a book or whatever, do something for you!
Let me be a broken record here...
Running (or exercise in general) releases some the of BEST endorphins. It's addictive in a good way.
You know what helps me??? Sun, a pool, and a drink with an unbrella in it! Sounds like you need a vacation!!!

Lately, I've been making sure I take 15 minutes for myself each day. Alone.
Exercise, reading, watching a guilty pleasure show or movie, planning a service project, even just jumping in the shower in the middle of the day.
Every time I go through slumps like this (more often than I'd like to admit) I just have to take myself back to the basics that I know make up me.
It's the little things. Let me know if you need anything.
I would have to agree with some exercise! Hanging out in the sunshine always helps me too.
